Plans have been submitted to redevelop the Norwich Livestock Market site once the market relocates.
Proposals would see the haul road site turned into a business estate with eight industrial units, parking and new cycle routes.
City councillors say the scheme could boost jobs and ease traffic while the livestock market is set to move to a site outside the city.
