American fast food chain Wendy's is set to open its first Norfolk restaurant early next year.
Construction's underway at Morse Road near the Northern Distributor Road and Norwich Airport.
A new Costa Coffee's also being built on the site. Developers say building work should finish in February, with the outlets expected to be open by early April.
