The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy and prolonged rain across Norfolk and the east of England on Friday.
The alert runs from 6am for 24 hours. Forecasters say up to 80mm of rain and strong easterly winds are expected.
We're being warned of possible flooding, power cuts and travel disruption.
