Norwich City Council prepares new budgets

Norwich City Council is asking residents for their views as it prepares next year's live budget, which will be reviewed throughout the year to respond to financial pressures.

The council plans a 2.99% rise in its share of council tax, taking a bandy bill from £306 to £315, which will raise an additional £358,000 for key services.

Council leader Mike Stonard says public feedback will help shape priorities as the council plans for future local government reorganisation.

The consultation runs until January 18th.
