A long derelict building is set to be transformed into new housing.
Four Fishers Lane, unused since 2001, will be redeveloped into two three-storey homes.
Planners approved the proposal, saying the design fits the character of the conservation area.
However, some neighbours objected. They had raised concerns about construction, noise, dust and loss of privacy.
