Hundreds of teaching staff at three Norfolk colleges are taking three days of strike action in a dispute over paying conditions.
Lecturers and support staff at City College Norwich, Paston College and Eastern College are calling for a 10% pay rise, saying low pay is causing a recruitment crisis.
The college says it can only afford a 2% increase due to budget pressures, but says exams will go ahead as planned.
