Questions are being asked over delays to a major housing project in Norwich, nearly two years after the first residents were meant to move in.
Work on the former Mile Cross Depot site isn't expected to start until later this year, with homes now not due until 2028.
Councillors will scrutinise the delays at a meeting this week.
