A lifelong Norwich City fan has celebrated her 100th birthday and says fresh fruit and veg are the secret.
Ada Beckett from Thorpe End credits her long life to produce grown on her father's allotment.
Still active at 100, she says she's hoping to get back to watching the Canaries when the weather improves.
