Police have been called nearly 250 times in five years to a Dereham hotel used as temporary accommodation for homeless people, according to new Freedom of Information figures.
Calls to the NR19 hotel ranged from safety concerns to reports of violence, with incidents rising year on year.
Residents and businesses say the situation is affecting the town, prompting a community meeting this week with police and council leaders.
Breckland Council says it's reducing reliance on such accommodation and working to address antisocial behaviour.
