Norwich City Council has approved its housing budget and long-term plan for the next financial year.
The plan includes £26 million investment in council homes plus a commitment to more than 80 new homes by 2031.
The council also aims to improve energy efficiency and meet climate targets. Leaders say the plan will deliver safer, greener homes for residents.
