Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service staff experienced bullying

A new report says nearly one in six Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service staff said they've experienced bullying or harassment in the past year.

The annual survey found 17% of respondents have faced harassment from colleagues despite previous warnings from inspectors about workplace culture.

Chief Fire Officer Kerry Sumners says concerns are taken really seriously and that new ethics codes and anonymous reporting lines are in place.
