Former Army Chief and Norfolk Pier Lord Richard Dannatt is to be suspended from the House of Lords for breaching rules on offering parliamentary services for reward.
An investigation found Lord Dannatt had contacted ministers about companies in which he had financial interests, while Lord Evans of Watford sponsored events linked to a firm he part-owned.
Neither appealed the sanctions, which will take effect once approved by the Lords.
