Norwich City Council has involved major upgrades to the changing rooms at Eton Park, paving the way for more women and girls to play football there.
The refurbished facilities are fully accessible, including improved pathways, and now feature solar panels to cut energy costs and emissions.
The council says the FA compliance services will support more local teams and strengthen the park's role as a hub for community wellbeing.
