Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Halvergate on Wednesday 16 July 2025
The collision happened on the A47 Acle Straight, at 9.08am this morning, when a white Toyota Yaris collided with a white MAN lorry.
The road was closed whilst emergency services attended the scene, including ambulance and fire.
Sadly, the driver of the Toyota, a man aged in his 80s, died at the scene.
The road remains closed and will continue to do so overnight due to a pre-planned road closure for maintenance.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who has any relevant dashcam footage.
