Legal action has been taken over the future of a Victorian landmark near Norwich.
Norwich City Council has issued an enforcement notice to the owners of the Grade 2 listed Trowse Pumping Station ordering urgent repairs.
The building was badly damaged by fire in 2023 and is now listed as one of the country's most at-risk historic structures.
Council has warned its condition has become unacceptable.
