More than 4,300 drivers were caught speeding on Norfolk's roads in August.
The Norfolk and Suffolk Safety Camera Partnership says the biggest hotspot was Thetford, where 436 motorists were over the limit, with more than 2,300 fines issued there since March.
Other busy sites include the A47 at Postwick. Police say serious cases may go straight to courts while others face fines or speed awareness courses.
