Nine worker lose their jobs as Parravanis closes in Norfolk

It's been confirmed nine workers have lost their jobs after the Norfolk ice cream maker Parravanis went into liquidation.

The company, founded in 1898 and based in Beccles, ceased trading last month after struggling to recover from the pandemic and poor sales over the summer.

Liquidators say staff can claim redundancy and unpaid wages through the government's redundancy payment service.
