The National Wealth Fund has announced a £15 million loan to support new offshore wind operations and maintenance hub in Great Yarmouth.
The £28 million project will upgrade river quays, build new facilities and create around 650 jobs.
Chancellor Rachel Reeves says the investment will help power 4 million homes with clean energy.
