Partners from the Norfolk Strategic Flooding Alliance say major progress has been made tackling long-standing flooding in Hickling and Sutton.
Working with Norfolk County Council, Anglian Water and others, repairs and drainage improvements have followed severe flooding during recent storms.
Residents say the work has eased concerns and strengthened long-term resilience for both villages.
