Concerns have been raised over plans to hand Norwich's NHS walk-in centre to a new operator.
Councillors say the contract is set to go to Chilvers and McCrea, part of Operose Health. It was featured in a 2022 BBC Panorama investigation.
The company denied claims patient care was compromised, but councillors warn the move could damage public confidence in a service used by around 72,000 people a year.
The NHS says services remain open while the procurement process continues.
