A case of bird flu has been confirmed at a commercial poultry site near Ormsbury St Margaret.
DEFRA says the H5N1 strain has led to a three-kilometre protection zone and a 10-kilometre surveillance zone being set up, with all birds on the site to be culled.
A second case was confirmed in Suffolk on Thursday.
Officials say the risk to the public remains low, but people should avoid contact with dead or sick wild birds.
