Norwich motor trader sells an unroadworthy second-hand car

A motor trader from Norwich has been fined after selling an unroadworthy second-hand car.

Paul Mulford, trading as Autopark Norwich, was ordered to pay more than £5,000 in costs following a trading standards investigation.

Norfolk County Council says the case highlights ongoing concerns about unsafe vehicles being sold to motorists.
