Norfolk Fire Service get new engines

Norfolk Fire and Rescue is getting two new state-of-the-art water and foam carriers, among the biggest in the UK.

Each can pump 13,500 litres of water and 1,500 litres of foam.

They'll replace two ageing units at Fakenham and Heathersett.

Costing £850,000, the vehicles feature advanced pumps, pop-up dams and four-seat cabs.

Built by Emergency One, they arrive before Christmas, with crews set for specialist training.
