A dementia care service in Norwich has been rated inadequate and placed into special measures following a Care Quality Commission inspection.
Stirling House on Thorpe Road was found to have seven breaches, with inspectors raising serious concerns about safety, risk management and leadership.
The CQC imposed urgent conditions restricting new admissions, though residents and relatives praised staff.
The provider says improvements are now underway and the findings are being appealed.
